Guru Tattoo is renowned for its work. This San Diego, California-based tattoo shop hires the best talent in the country to apply ink to their patrons. The owners of Guru asked us to create a fun campaign that differentiates them from their competition. We decided not to do what all the others do and stepped out with our visually creative approach. We based our campaign on using several recognized historical figures and applied an inked theme with intriguing quotes. Using the characters will make their ad campaign memorable and create a high recall. We delivered the Men of Distinction campaign when all was said and done.
